SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices include VAT where applicable and delivery. Your order confirmation email can be used a VAT receipt if required.

All orders are sent from We Quit Theatre’s office in Winnipeg. 

We aim to deliver all materials within 10 working days of receiving your order. Please bear in mind that out of stock items may take longer to deliver, and that our shipping rates might be affected by our touring schedules. If your order is urgent please email us wequittheatre@gmail.com and we will do our best to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

All materials available from the company are protected by copyright laws, and may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcast or otherwise exploited in any manner without the express prior written permission of the copyright holder, or unless the product itself contains explicit written permission of the copyright holder. If you have any further queries about orders please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. These additional charges are your responsibility, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery within 14 days of receiving the items, for a full refund.
